Neurodevelopmental and educational evaluation: Review of client’s
current level of function within the receptive areas of tactility, auditory,
and visual perception, and expressive areas of language, fine and gross
motor function. Cognitive abilities including short-term and working
memory, conceptual thought and visualization skills are assessed.
Standardized academic tests are provided, and/or a review of academic
knowledge, behavior, independent living skills, and health is discussed
with family.
An individualized Targeted Developmental Intervention (TDI)
program is designed by High Expectations staff and taught to the family and
caregiver to implement at home. Programs include unlimited support through High Expectations staff as needed over a period of four months for an extra fee.
Monthly Program donations are for a Neurodevelopmental and Educational
assessment each trimester which covers all developmental areas to
include tactility, auditory, and visual function, as well as fine motor, gross
motor and speech and language function. Behavior, social skills, self help
skills, and academic skill level is also addressed. The family receives an Individual Education Plan for students who need special education support, and parent training after each trimester evaluation. Donators recieve unlimited support from qualified staff through phone consultations, video consults, program reviews, monthly reports, and e-mails to assist parents and provide them with ongoing training.
